Transformers is a support and discussion group for transgender and gender queer youth, 25 and under. The purpose of this group is to bring together transgender and gender queer youth to share experiences, talk about the issues around gender identity, and learn more about support options. The group decides on what topics and activities they would like to discuss or do. The group is facilitated by two knowledgeable volunteers from the community. Craft Night is a monthly gathering at Wonder’neath Art Society for crafts like painting, bracelet making, and more! For 2SLGBTQIA+ Youth 12-25.
Meeting monthly, Parents and Family Group is for parents and adult family members of transgender youth. Parents night is a chance for parents & family to get together, meet one another and get support. It’s a confidential and judgement-free space to ask questions, explore issues, and chat with other parents. If you’re feeling alone, looking for information, want to ask questions or want to support other parents, please check out this group! If your parents or family could benefit from this group, let them know!
